Item came on time, On was perfect.

Initially after my order was taken and paid for, was given the tracking app to keep track the delivery. After nearly two weeks of nothing happening, I reached out to customer service to see what happened. Suddenly my order was quickly processed and then sent to the airport via airmail. Progress was made. However you can track it as it travels through China but once it leaves there you have no status of it. Few days later it suddenly arrived. Thanks for sorting it out.
