The Capybara never arrived at the delivery address, even though we received an email confirming delivery. I have contacted the help centre, but have still not received an answer. A great disappointment and waste of money.
This product is super adorable. The fur is incredibly soft and irresistibly huggable. I purchased it as a birthday gift for my sister, and she absolutely adored it.
The quality of the product was disappointing. The ears were asymmetrical, with one noticeably smaller than the other due to an apparent indentation. The eyes were poorly affixed, merely glued on rather than sewn, making them easily detachable. Furthermore, the leg articulation did not match the fluidity demonstrated in the advertisement. Ultimately, I purchased this item based on the captivating presentation in the advertisement, and the actual product fell significantly short of my expectations
A good likeness for the capybara, they were a gift and the recipient loves them. Sadly didn’t arrive in time for Christmas Day, took over 2 weeks to arrive in NZ.

Really liked it, besides the fact there was a loose stitch and it arrived late, about 34-36 days.
I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. The product took 3 weeks to reach me but the price and the wait were so worth it. The package came in perfect condition, the doll is of very good quality, the seams are strong and the touch feel cozy and smooth.
I'll buy more stuff from OMG Kawaii in the future. I just wish the web page was a little more worked-on, because sometimes as a user you can feel lost.
